LCCP – April 2024 Update

A new version of the LCCP has been published with effect from 1st April 2024 with Licence Condition 15.2.2 amended. An addition to Other reportable events details the requirement for all gambling businesses to inform the Gambling Commission if they become aware that a person who has gambled with them has died by suicide.

Operators wishing to amend their Terms and Conditions to reflect the change may use the following example wording provided by the HLA:

Other reportable events

In line with Gambling Commission LCCP Licence Condition 15.2.2 – Other reportable events, [insert Lottery/Company name here] will inform the Gambling Commission if they become aware of a supporter who have gambled with them, and then subsequently died of suicide.
