Gambling Commission Consultation Response – May 2024
This week the Gambling Commission published a response to the consultation launched in July 2023 on changes to the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards (RTS).
The response details the decisions that the Gambling Commission has made to refine requirements and associated guidance in 6 areas as well as providing an implementation timeline.
