Hi all, Im hoping someone out there can help me understand the dos and don’ts of an event in a shop. One of our shops has been donated a giant teddy – so they are thinking that they will run a guess the name of the teddy ‘competition’. Im trying to work out how they can do this whilst still being compliant – am I right in thinking that it can be run as a private society lottery – as it will only be advertised/sold in the shop itself to their customers?

Any advice or help gratefully received as I am going round in circles on the GC website!
