Its Karen at Dr Kershaws Hospice, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has recently brought canvassers in-house and was wondering if you would be happy to share any experiences on this process, do’s and don’ts etc? We are currently using SEC which is working well for us but the numbers are dwindling off and the fees for sign-ups are steep.

Any documentation you can share on the following would be great, so I have a starting point as it feels like there is a lot to consider:-

– Business Case
– Job Specification
– Pay Structure
– Price Per New Member
– Clawback Payments
