Hi all

We are currently reviewing our organisations business continuity plan and I would like to include in there, what we would do in the event of no Annex A’s suddenly in the business.

Does anyone have a list of consultants with PMLs who you could contact in case of emergency or, does anyone have a BCP for this sort of scenario?

We had this … We had two people leaving in quick succession … luckily we were able to apply for an Annex A before the remaining person left …

We now have three people at all times … in different parts of the business (Fundraising, Finance and Exec Team) … the important thing is that the all three must be close to the project … if you have an audit and one of them doesn’t demonstrate knowledge and oversight you could find yourself in trouble … We have just started to have training and compliance days for these people which we are logging
