The Gambling Commission have published the first set of consultations to implement Government proposals.
Following the publication of the Gambling Act Review White paper on proposed changes to Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards (RTS) and arrangements for Regulatory Panels earlier this year, the Gambling Commission have published the first set of consultations to implement the proposals.
The Government has also published its first set of consultations to look at new measures for the land-based gambling sector, including how to conduct finance risk checks for problem gambling.
The Commission consultations are available via the link below and will close on 18th October.
