Hi Zoe, sorry I do my own training as I received the Bacs training originally. I thought Bacs required a person to receive the training before processing DD’s but that could have changed over the past few years. we are on donorflex so my training revolves around processes for donorflex and we upload to Bacs via smarterpay so may not be relevant to you at all?
